Terms & Conditions

Payments

  • If your booking is less than 6 weeks in advance then the full balance will be due to secure your booking.
  • If your booking is more than 6 weeks in advance then a 25% deposit will secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks in advance of the commencement of your booking.
  • Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal (subject to a Paypal transaction charge) or Debit / Credit Card (subject to a Paypal transaction charge.)

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your booking with at least 6 weeks notice before the commencement of your booking then you will just lose your deposit. No further fees will then be due.
  • If you cancel your booking with less than 6 weeks notice before the commencement of your booking then you will lose your deposit and balance payment. If the balance payment has not been made this will still be due, with no exceptions.
  • Once your deposit or full payment has been made, these payments are non refundable (no exceptions) so we advise that you take out travel insurance. You can get quotes here – Compare The Market Travel Insurance

Arrival & Departure Times

  • You may enter the property from 4pm onwards on the agreed day of your arrival.
  • You must depart by 10am on the agreed day of your departure.

Pets

  • We welcome dogs at Lodge No. 11 (max. 2) all we ask is that they are well behaved and that they do not go into the bedrooms or upstairs.
  • Dogs must not be left alone for more than 3 hours at a time and not at all if they bark when left alone.
  • Please clean up any excessive dog hair before you leave the property.
  • There is a supplement of £40 per week for each dog staying.

Electricity & Water Costs

  • All electricity & water costs are included in the price of your holiday but please try to not use the heating & water excessively.

Cleaning

  • The lodge will be cleaned before and after you leave, all we ask is that you leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy state.
  • If extra cleaning above and beyond normal cleaning duties is required after your stay then you will be financially liable for the extra cleaning charges.
  • Please dispose of your rubbish in the large wheelie bins located at various locations around the resort.

Linen & Towels

  • Fresh bed linen will be provided for your stay.
  • Unfortunately towels are not provided so we suggest you bring your own. If they need washing then there is a laundry on site that you can use.

Smoking

  • No smoking is allowed in the Lodge, but you may smoke outside but please ensure you use an ash tray and dispose of all used cigarettes.

Parking

  • Parking is available just outside of the property but you must get a parking permit from Atlantic Reach reception as soon as you arrive otherwise you risk getting a parking ticket.
  • Any vehicle or contents are parked entirely at your own risk.

Damages & Losses From Property

  • The inventory will be checked before you arrive so if you find any discrepancies on arrival please report this to us within 24 hours of your arrival.
  • A damage deposit of £150 will be added to the balance of your stay which will be refunded back to you within 7 days of the end of your stay providing no damages or losses have occurred.
  • If damages or losses are higher than £150 then you will be financially liable for any losses or damages occurred during your stay. You agree to recompensate us for the losses or damages occurred during your stay (above £150) within 7 days of leaving the property.

Party Restrictions

  • We don’t allow any stag or hen parties nor any single sex groups under the age of 30.

Liability

  • We do not accept liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property, which the Tenants or anyone connected with the letting may incur.
  • If for any reason beyond our control the property is not available for your stay then you will receive a full refund and you shall have no further claim against us.

Authorised Signatory

  • The tenant who makes the booking agrees that they are authorised to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all those who shall be staying in the property.

Unacceptable Behaviour

  • The Atlantic Reach holiday site is primarily a family resort, and as such all guests are required to treat staff and other holiday guests with respect and consideration.
  • You agree to not cause an annoyance or to become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises, any abusive or drunken behaviour or failure to adhere to the site rules may result in eviction from the site with forfeiture of all monies paid and the loss of your damage/security deposit paid  – This is entirely at the on site Atlantic Reach managements discretion and no compensation will be paid by us if this action has to be taken.
