Padstow

A 20 minute drive along the coast takes you to the cute fishing village of Padstow where there are many little shops, restaurants and of course, Rick Stein’s famous Fish & Chip shop!

St. Ives

A 45 minute drive down the coast leads you to our personal favourite place – St. Ives with its beautiful sandy beaches and amazing pasties!

Truro

A 25 minute drive down to the South coast is Truro, Cornwalls County Town and only city. You will find many high street shops and many restaurants as well as a cinema & theatre. You will also find the magnificent Truro Cathedral.

Newquay

Just a short 15 minute drive away is Newquay with its twelve golden sandy beaches including Fistral and Lusty Glaze. There are also lots of high street stores, restaurants and bars in and around Newquay town centre.

The Headland Hotel

Situated on Newquay’s famous Fistral beach with amazing sea views stretching as far as the eye can sea. Afternoon teas here are a must! You may even spot one of Roald Dahl’s Witches as it was filmed here!

Lusty Glaze Beach

Situated just outside of Newquay town centre is the gorgeous Lusty Glaze Beach. Perfect for watching the sunset whilst enjoying a cocktail or nice meal at the Lusty Glaze Beach Restaurant.

Holywell Bay Fun Park

If you take a 15 minute drive to the coast you will find Holywell Bay Fun Park, with over 20 rides and attractions including go karts and football golf. You will also find the beautiful Holywell Bay beach just a few minutes away.

The Monkey Sanctuary

A 45 minute drive to the South coast takes you to The Monkey Sanctuary in Looe. Home to 36 rescued primates it is well worth the trip to meet all of the primates and to see all of the good work this charity does.
